A new anime TV series, Aoi Bungaku (Blue Book) will premiere on October 10 at 1:20am according to a recent announcement by Japanese publisher Shueisha, the company behind series like Weekly Shonen Jump and owning Viz Media. The series will be construed of adaptations of four modern Japanese literary classics, Osamu Dazai’s No Longer Human (Ningen Shikkaku), Run, Melos! (Hashire, Melos!), Natsume Soseki’s Kokoro, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa’s Hell Screen (Jigoku Hen).

Disney XD, the successor to Toon Disney as of February, will now debut Naruto Shippuden starting in October. Disney XD is a new cable channel specifically marketed to replace Toon Disney and bring live-action and animated programming for kids from 6-14.

Naruto Shippuden is the continuation of the Naruto story, where Naruto returns after extensive travels and training to grow even stronger.
