Bishie Con 2010: The Bishonen Weekend
Bishie Con is exactly what it sounds like: a convention about Bishonen (Japanese: beautiful boy). Unfortunately, not to be confused with Bishoujo (though I can't wait until there's a Yuri convention in the area). But Bishie Con is still pretty interesting, even if you're not moe over boy's love.

Bishie Con the second was much like the first: a lot of boy's love events; a bishie date auction, a crossplay contest, Yaoi Music Video contest, and even Y-lympics. (Roxas is the best at blowing... up balloons. You pervert.) Anyone who likes Yaoi is guaranteed to have a ton of fun at Bishie Con.
Even if you don't like Yaoi, there were still a few interesting events that would have been able to keep you entertained. There were several 'tea party' events and lots of cosplay (or, rather, lots of Hetalia). I had lots of free cookies. The Red Light Disco/Saturday Night Dance did, in fact, have lasers (something lacking at most convention dances). Even without being a huge Yaoi fan, the convention was still pretty fun. (And I got free a "Yaoi fangirl" button... score! Lol.)
However, Bishie Con is Bishie Con, a Yaoi fan's paradise. If you like Yaoi, check it out.
