Katanagatari Third Video

Fans got a deeper look at the anime adaptation of the 12-volume Katanagatari when a new three-minute promotional video was added to the official website. The anime, which has one episode for each volume of the series, begins airing on January 25.

The story takes place in medieval Japan, centering around Shichika Yasuri, head of a kyoto martial arts school. He lives with his older sister on an isolated island until a military advisor seeks him out to find 12 swords forged by a legendary swordsmith. Two television commercials for the series are still available on the website.
