Gina Biggs Confirmed for Tsubasacon...
Gina Biggs, creator of the online graphic novel Red String and the Strawberry Comics website, has confirmed her return to Tsubasacon for 2010. Biggs hails from Atlanta, Georgia and has worked on the graphic novel Red String since 2002. This is the second year the freelance author and artist has been a guest at Tsubasacon.
Tsubasacon Partnering Up With Gaia Online...
Gaia Online, the popular anime-themed social networking site, has partnered with Tsubasacon for the 2010 convention. The fine folks at Gaia Online will be providing Tsubasacon with Gold Cards, bumper stickers, and prizes to be given away to our attendees.
Because of the interest in having Gaia meetups at the convention, Tsubasacon would like to encourage our patrons to spread the word about Gaia Online's involvement.
Takatobi Radio Show Preparing for Take Off...
On Thursday, March 4, Tsubasacon will be airing its first episode of Takatobi Radio, a bi-monthly radio show hosted by cosplay personalities Xehnis and Blue. Takatobi Radio will be a source of convention news, anime and video game reviews, guest interviews, and a variety of other segments brought to you by the best and brightest Tsubasacon has to offer. Keep your eyes peeled for the premiere episode this Thursday night.
