AgamaCon (short for Artists Gamers and Anime Members Association Convention) is a grass-roots community based effort that has been building a convention for geeks, gamers, artists, anime and cartoon lovers, writers, reenactors, comic fans, model and trading card collectors, cosplayers and many others right here in the CSRA. For those of you new to the group - that's in or near Augusta, GA or Aiken, SC. We hosted our first full-sized three day convention on March 4-6, 2016 and packed the house! We sold 900+ adult badges and saw nearly 1,500 people over those three days!!! Thank you to those who came out to support us and also to those who couldn't come out, but still supported us by spreading the word! We appreciate our patrons' feedback and are working to fine-tune our ideas and plans for the next go 'round - AgamaCon 2017 (March 3-5, 2017). AgamaCon relies heavily on the community to support us and help us grow, and we use social media as the basis for bringing everyone together and getting input from the community to help make our convention great - a con that is truly made by the CSRA and for the CSRA!
