The first ever Meta Con (Minneapolis Comic Con) stands out for its exceptional intimacy with famous guests, as attendees were taken on a personal tour of Nicholas Brendon's hotel room. Congoers were given unlimited amounts of free ramen and pop, and the convention's events were excellently run and very fun. The hotel seemed cramped at times, but the number, intimacy, and quality of events as well as the low admission price had more than made up for it. Nothing seemed to be out of place during the convention, and it left a very positive impression.

Meta Con is a convention with everything nerds love! The three-day con features anime and sci-fi showings, artists, exhibitors, costume contests, game tournaments and tons more. While guests are still to be announced, people expect MetaCon to be one of the next biggest conventions in Minneapolis.
