Steampunk Festival 2014

The Steampunkfestival – which at the same time is next year’s Swecon – takes place from June 27th till 29th at the Swedish Railway Museum in Gävle. It is our goal to to make this festival a special, perhaps unique, opportunity to combine technology, history, DIY and handicraft culture, and fantasy’s possibilities to stretch the borders of what we are accustomed to. But first and foremost, we want it to be a meeting place for our shared passions and for such interests that might not overlap, but that can serve as a sounding board for each other.
