Melodee’s anime and game credits range from Robotech and Fist of the North Star to Digimon, Magic Knight Rayearth, Last Exile, MÄR, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Paranoia Agent, Cowboy Bebop, Gundam Origins, Dynasty Warriors, .hack, Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Hare+Guu, Ergo Proxy, Lost Odyssey, Monster, Winx Club, Diablo 4, Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2, several Star Trek games, and much more. She created the role of Mai in the legendary Harmony Gold Dragon Ball Z. Listen for her in the upcoming Street Fighter 6.
Her other voice work includes the gruff Foxtail in Cartoon Network’s OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes, as well as work on Hercules, Xena, Starship Troopers, The Rite, Star Trek: Enterprise, John Carpenter’s Vampires, and voice-doubling Sigourney Weaver in Alien: Resurrection.
Melodee has also been an on-camera actress and stuntwoman (leading to her ADR name “Stunt Voice”) with credits that include Princess Diaries 2, The Man Show, The Mask, Freddy’s Nightmares, Dynasty, The Division, Invasion, Spellbinder, The First Power, and The Naked Gun. She trained several Hercules and Xena guest stars in sword work and archery.
She voiced the audiobook version of the Bram Stoker Award-winning Sunglasses After Dark by Nancy A. Collins, featuring punk vampire Sonja Blue. Melodee was also Associate Producer on the sci-fi/horror films Dances with Werewolves, The Mummy’s Kiss, and Dinosaur Valley Girls.
Melodee has appeared in several science fiction web series and was featured in a ghost story documentary (Ghost Stories from the Burgh) after provoking a spirit on a film set — a true story. She has always loved the magic of the sci-fi and fantasy genres.
